Hi gentlemen! So, here the link for the Meikai OVA 5 RAW DVDRIP HQ. It's encoded with 640x480 H264, with variable frame rate 24 + 30. Each episode has around 190Mb and the quality is as following:

This DVD version has a little difference from the TV Version: the curtains (the sheets) of Hades Room are without contours and in a different color (big difference huh?).

这个跟字幕组发布的DVD5内容应该一样吧
只不过压缩方面不同
小了些……而且是无字幕版？

理论上H264属高清压缩格式，还没看到，不知效果如何
