Saint Seiya Hayes Mythology Chinese Translation Comics Release Rules:
I. Time of release
When translations are finished, verified and approved internally, the comics will be released immediately.
II. Content of release
The newest release will be put on the top section until the next one is released. Also, an Index of all Chinese translated comics is posted on the top section of the board.
III. Rules of release
1. Any post with News about Hayes Mythology must include links to website to proof authenticity. If it is official news, please include link to the official website. Rumors please state "RUMORS"/"UNVERIFIED" in the title, otherwise the post will be considered intensional misleading.
2. Translations of unreleased comic or discussions or news from overseas website are all welcome. Please state "SPOILER" in the title appropriately.
IV. Caution
1. Don't press for faster release of comics. All members of the translation team are working hard. Please understand and don't press. If there is any specific reason for delay, moderators will let everyone knows as soon as possible.
2. Posting of new untranslated comics are encouraged. If duplicated posting occurred, earlier post will be kept and the later will be locked. If better scans are available, please contact moderators. 200 Money and 200 Charisma will be awarded if the scans are used for translation, and also will be considered to become a member of the translation team.
3. Anyone skilled and interested in working with the translation and editing of the comics, please send private message (or QQ/MSN) to moderators, please don't post. The translation team appreciates your participation.

Saint Seiya Hayes Mythology Board Posting Rules
I. Anything related to anti-government, politics, or porn is not allowed.
II. Anything unrelated to Saint Seiya is not allowed.
III. No advertisement or other commercial trading.
IV. Please don't copy pictures or attachments directly from other websites.
V. No vulgarities and obscenity are allowed.
VI. No personal attack or cursing.
VII. No meaningless post or multiple posts in a short period of time.

Saint Seiya Hayes Mythology Board Awarding Rules:
I. Original post
Original author of popular post with proof from official source will be awarded 20-100 money and 20-100 charisma.
II. Digest post
Post that include "obviously original" writing or pictures can be considered to be recognized as Digest post. Author of digest post will be awarded 300 money and 150 charisma. "Obviously original" means >65% content must be original opinion or viewpoint written by the post author, with <35% content of quoting other people's opinion, data or information.
III. Information post
Author of post that include information about Saint Seiya that are organized will be awarded 20-90 money and 20-90 charisma. Must include any source of information. If the information is from any website, please include the link; if from books please include the name of the book. If the information is original by the author of the post please state "Original" and will receive double award.
IV. Recommend post or Repost
Good discussions and articles related to Saint Seiya from other forums can be recommended or repost in this forum. If repost in this forum, please obtain permission from original author and state where the post is originated from. Award: 1-10 money, 1-10 charisma.
V. Reply
In order to encourage meaningful and high quality reply, moderator can award 10-50 money, 10-50 charisma according the quality of the reply.
VI. Highlight title
For original and good post, moderator can recommend the post to others by highlighting the title for 7 days. 20 money and 20 charisma will also be awarded in addition to other awards.
Note: Default system value for the posting award in this forum
New post: 5 money, 2 charisma
Reply: 2 money, 1 charisma

Saint Seiya Hayes Mythology Board Punishing Rules:
I. Serious meaningless post
Definition: Any post that fits any one of the following criteria
1. Less than 10 words (e.g. Thank you, That's right, I agree etc.)
2. Simple repetitive content (e.g. support support support support support support support etc.)
3. Content complete unrelated to topic
4. Numbers or punctuation only (e.g. 3Q, 9494)
5. Smileys only
6. Quote only (No new content and only quote previous post)
7. Consecutive posting of identical post including to similar related post (Please use the Editing feature to combine content into one single post. If accidental double post please contact moderator as soon as possible)
8. Absolutely meaningless post (e.g. Sofa, Chair, Floor, I support you, Push, etc.)
Usual punishment:
Keep post
New post deduct 20-200 money, deduct 10-100 charisma
Reply post dedcut 10-100 money, deduct 5-50 charisma
Warning by private message
Special case:
If still disobey this rule after warning, ban for one to three days.
II. Board wiping
Definition: In an extremely short time (within 30 minutes) reply or make more than 8 new post with the same ID, and no one else reply, with the board showing all old post.
Usual punishment: Delete post, deduct 10-50 money and charisma, warning by private message
Special case: If still disobey this rule after warning, ban for three to seven days. Very serious case will be banned forever.
III. Chatting
Definition: In the absence of special circumstances, 2 members post consecutively for more than 2 pages
Special circumstances include meaningful reply, community activity, product release and other announcement of special event.
Usual punishment: delete consecutive replies, deduct 10-50 money and charisma, warning by private message. If the post only involve 2 members, then the whole post will be deleted.
Special case: If still disobey this rule after warning, ban for three to seven days.
IV. Consecutive replies
Definition: In the absence of special circumstances, post consecutively for more than 3 replies.
Special circumstances include community activity, product release and other announcement of special event.
Usual punishment: delete consecutive replies, deduct 10-50 money and charisma, warning by private message.
Special case: If still disobey this rule after warning, ban for three to seven days.
V. Plagiarism
Definition: Use the work of another author as one's own original work
Usual punishment: Delete post, deduct 100 money and deduct 100 charisma, warning by private message.
VI. Unauthorized link
Definition: No direct link to pictures in repost. Please upload pictures to web albums or this forum when repost, to avoid additional workload on other website servers.
(Note: Direct link to pictures are Unauthorized URL to pictures on other forum server. This will increase other forum workload without change in the visit count. Can lead to site being closed in extreme case. This is very serious and harmful.)
Usual punishment: Warning by private message. Moderator can edit link directly.
VII. Unauthorized repost
Definition: Repost without mentioning the original author and source.
Usual punishment: Lock or delete post, deduct 50 money and deduct 80 charisma, warning by private message.
VIII. Grave digging
Definition: "Grave digging" refers to replying very very old post.
Usual punishment: Lock post. If the reply is meaningless then will be punished as meaningless post.
XI. Self pushing
Definition: Reply one's own post that are on second page to push it back to first page.
Usual punishment: Except "participating in discussion of own topic" or "release content in different stages". If reply with meaningless content only to push the topic, will be punished as meaningless post. In the case of "consecutive post to hold space for the release of continuous content but the topic sink to page 2 during release", one push is allowed after the last release. (Better make note in title e.g. feelings or recommened)
X. Other
Definition: Any of the following
1. Posting of any porn or politics related content
2. Posting any advertisement of other for-profit website or forum
3. Discussion of any political sensitive topic
4. And topic that are damaging to the interests of the country
5. Defaming of this forum or members of this forum
6. Attack of admin or moderator with rude language
7. Posting contains of any QQ group number
Usual punishment: Delete post, deduct 10-1000 money and deduct 10-1000 charisma, warning by private message.
Special case: If still disobey this rule after warning, ban for three to seven days. In the case of rule 1-4, offender will be banned forever.
Serious case: Moderator can ask admin to ban IP.

Saint Seiya Hayes Mythology Board Special Post Rules:
I. Special post
Definition: Post with special content or limitation. e.g. Pay to view post and reply to view post.
Usage: In general special posts are not allowed in this board. The only exception is if the post contains very valuable information, author can charge 1 money or set the post to reply to view (one or the other, cannot be pay to view and reply to view at the same time.)
II. Top section post
Definition: Posts that are put in the top section of the board. Usually contain important information.
Usage:
Posts that are place in top section:
1. Rules of this board
2. Post about regular events of this forum will be put in top section until the event ends. For the posts about events organized by members, they can be put in the top section until the event ends, if there is no conflict in the schedule with other events of this forum.
3. Index post of all Chinese translated comics of Saint Seiya Hayes Mythology
4. Current episode of Chinese translated comics

The duties of moderator of this board:
Moderators are public servants for all members in this forum. It is the moderator's duty to serve other members. The followings are the commitments of moderators towards all the members:
